Feeding directions
1. Consumption of this block should be maintained at 0.1 to 0.5 kg/head/day, for deer with a mature body weight of 100 kg or greater.
2. Have one 25 kg block available for every 15 to 25 animals.
3. Provide a good source of hay or pasture for the deer at all times.
4. Locate blocks near areas where animals gather or near a water source (within 10 meters).
5. On large pastures, make blocks available at more than one location.
6. When blocks are first made available, or if animals run out of blocks, observe deer closely for three days to prevent over-consumption after refeeding.
7. Provide an unlimited supply of clean fresh water.

Important Consumption of DEER & ELK SUP-R-BLOCK will vary depending on quality and quantity of pasture or forage, ages and weight of animals, previous feeding programs and feeding location. During the initial feeding, animals may need to adapt to the block before the desired consumption is reached. If consumption is low, check pasture quality and feeding location. If consumption is higher than desired, pasture quality and/or quantity may be low. To lower block consumption, move the blocks further away from the watering area, or reduce the number of blocks available, or remove only the excess cardboard above the top of the box leaving the remainder on the block so that access to the block is restricted.

Caution
1. Do not allow sheep to consume Purina Deer & Elk Sup-R-Block because it could result in copper toxicosis. Sheep must not have access to this product.
2. Directions for use must be carefully followed.
3. Feed is perishable. Store in a dry, well-ventilated area protected from rodents and insects. Do not feed moldy or insect-infested to animals as it may cause illness, abortion or death.
